Guide on how to document stock trade at Philippine Stock Exchange

Read Rave kairos post on fb on how to document the trade. For easy compilation, I will use this blog for my trade dissections, trade documentation, analysis and planning a trade.

Credits to Rave kairos for this guides. post this one as a guide on how to document a trade.

"Sharing how I journal and document my trades:

1. What's the setup? - Breakout, Bounce, Swing, Range, Sleeper, etc.

2. What are my convictions? - What made me say that this stock/setup is good? What parameters am I looking at? What is it saying on a bigger picture?

3. The trade objective - Is it for long hold? Trend follow? Tsupit play?

4. Port snapshot, trade transactions, or trade result - The port snapshot is usually recorded EOD or if possible, before selling. The trade transactions can also be retrieved from our broker.

5. Indicators used - What are the technical indicators used. Moving averages, RSI, STS, MACD, etc.

6. Daily / Weekly / Monthly chart - What are the critical points in the chart? Make sure to label them in detail.

7. Step-by-step explanation of #6 - This is where I explain my analysis and show my execution. I also include here my observations and lessons learned for the trade setup.

Attached here are my 2 trade dissection documents for your reference."
